Beautiful Life MT exists to tell the honest story of burnout and recovery so anyone feeling exhausted, anxious, or afraid can find companionship, practical tools, and hope. Through monthly, heart-on-sleeve chapters; from the breaking point to self-intervention and the slow practice of wellness, I share what’s working: rest, breath, movement, therapeutic support, and the sacred ordinary: mountain air, weeknight dinners, a Friday afternoon date, hugs, sunrises, and spring flowers. My mission is to normalize asking for help, celebrate small wins, safeguard your dignity and privacy, and remind you that a beautiful life isn’t perfect. It’s present, possible, and worth choosing one gentle step at a time.
